Hello! I'm Ana Novais—a food stylist, prop stylist, recipe developer, trained chef, and above all, a passionate food enthusiast.
My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Set Design from ESMAE, which laid the foundation for my keen eye for aesthetics. Driven by a deep appreciation for culinary arts, I pursued professional culinary training at IGA in Rome, Italy. This experience led me into the restaurant industry, where I honed my skills before launching my own catering company. For five years, I managed events for universities, research institutes, embassies, and private clients, delivering memorable gastronomic experiences.
During this time, I discovered a profound passion for food photography and styling. This newfound interest propelled me into a full-time career as a food stylist, allowing me to blend my culinary expertise with visual storytelling. Over the past decade, I've collaborated with diverse brands and editorial outlets across Germany, Portugal, Spain, France, and Dubai.
